Improving the ordering process
In the past year, resources have been invested in improving the order fulfillment process to increase the conversion rate and enable additional revenue:
- Upgrading the interface with the checkout, including support for 3DS (receiving SMS for customer confirmation)
- Ability to add OFFLINE products on the order fulfillment page for sale as UPSALE to the customer
- Improving the visibility of the order summary component and displaying it also on the checkout page
- Ability to add transaction terms on the order fulfillment page through the management system according to the product
- Sending an automatic marketing email to the customer after ordering and before traveling with a reference to a personal area to purchase additional products
- Flight upgrade component that allows selling a service to the customer for an additional fee to improve competition on price comparison sites
- Improving the Trip Guarantee display - immediate purchase at the end of the ordering process
- Interface for "Blender" - Financing a transaction in installments to the customer without taking a credit line
